- Diving has various risks. Along with the potential gasses the diver may be exposed to in the petrochemical industry (Hydrocarbons / H₂S). The effects of Boyle’s Law / Dalton’s law will increase the effects of any gas the diver is exposed to. This means the effects of gasses such as O₂, CO₂, N₂, H & CO can be potentially lethal. The Supervisor must have a good understanding of this area.
