  • Click on BOOK NOW
  • You click on VIEW CART
  • You click on PROCEED TO CHECKEOUT
  • You fill in your details.
  • Choose a payment method (PayPal / Credit card / APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY).
  • Complete payment.

Can I reserve a place before making payment?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your place on a course. The remaining balance is normally paid closer to the course start date. Payment arrangements may vary depending on the course, so please refer to the individual course description for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards and bank transfer (where available). Payment methods may vary depending on the course and booking location.

I'm having trouble making a payment. What can I do?

If your payment is unsuccessful, please don't worry—we can usually help you find an alternative.

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Ensure your card is enabled for international/online transactions.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • If possible, try a different credit or debit card.

Some countries have specific banking restrictions:

  • India: Many local debit cards do not support international payments. We recommend using a credit card, as PayPal is not available for domestic users in India. If you do not have a suitable card, you may be able to make an international bank transfer using a foreign transfer service provided by your bank.
  • Nigeria: International card payments are often limited to USD 100 per calendar month. In these cases, Nigerian students can make payment in Nigerian Naira (NGN) directly to our local representative, Abraham, who will provide payment instructions.
  • The Netherlands: Some local debit cards may not support international online payments. If this happens, we recommend using a credit card or an alternative payment method.

If you are still unable to complete your payment, please contact us at info@trauma-training.org and we will arrange an alternative payment method where possible.

Will I receive confirmation after booking?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the course details and joining instructions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact us before cancelling your booking.

Can I transfer my booking to another date?

Yes. Bookings may be transferred to another available course date; however, a maximum of three date changes is permitted per booking.

Do you ever cancel courses due to low student numbers?

No. Once a course is confirmed, we do not cancel it due to low enrolment. We understand students often book travel and accommodation well in advance.
